1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Returns & No Fees

Return Shipping Fee: $0.00. Dailyvra covers all return shipping costs for our customers.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for any returns.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at care@dailyvra.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at care@dailyvra.shop with your order number.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Return Address

All returns should be sent to our headquarters: 73 ALEXANDRA ST, DRUMMOYNE, NSW 2047, Australia.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
